18. Dance for Athletes Workshop (Ages 16+) - 4 Sessions

This four-part workshop will cover topics each week to outline, understand and practice the following benefits of dance for athletes. Participants will stretch and participate in class while learning the science & benefits of the activities in conjunction with their other athletic pursuits:
- Increasing flexibility & balance to reduce risk of injury
- Increasing coordination, motor fitness, and body & spacial awareness
- Recognizing psychological & mental benefits as well as improving cognitive thought processes for a Champion Mindset (Guest Coach)
- Establishing goals, mindfulness and ongoing cross-training (Guest Coach)
